Billed 10 x the correct amount

This is the second time I have been overbilled (10 x my bill amount!), and there is nothing you can do becasue they do not put it as a debit order but rater a card transaction. I have had to block my card. Nobody ever answers the phones either so you are left trying to resolve this over two weeks. Unacceptable!
