Bill shock

<p>I opened a contract with MTN on the 17th of April 2016. I set the usage limit to R0.00. I had took two phones, one for myself and the second one is for my 14 year old daughter. Two months later I have a bill of R20 000 on my daughter's phone. And a month later the bill is R41 000. </p> <p>I logged a call with MTN on the 19 of July 2016 - req number: ********** and second req number was on the 22nd on July where I supp**** MTN with a contracts that I signed when I opened the contracts - req number for this is ********** 0. </p> <p>Today I followed up on the req numbers: I am told yes, I did put a limit on the contract when I opened it and a USDD code was used to reverse the limit. When I ask of the date of when the limit was reversed, the lady says she can't give me the date when the limit was reversed.</p> <p>MTN wants me to pay a bill of R41 000 of a limit that I have never authorise or sign for. This is unacceptable way of doing buisness as I have never requested for my 14 year old daughters line to have a limit of R19 000.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can MTN rverse all these charges as they are not according to my contractual agreement with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nosiphiwo Mzamo</p>
