I Richworth Mathebula, ID: *** signed up for a top up 200 paying a monthly instalment of R 360. All of a sudden my bill has come up to R 595.72. How is that possible when my contract is on top up. <br> <br> I am not will to pay for something that I have agreed on. Provide me with all call recordings or a signed contract binding me to this ridiculous amount. <br> <br> I will not pay my account. I am on a top up package because that is what I can afford. Should you want to give away free minutes, that is your loss but do not expect me to pop up money for what I have not agreed to. <br> <br> You further go on to suspend my services for a fault caused by you, not me. <br> <br> Fix this mess.
