Bill keeps rising for no reason

Firstly my account was hacked 2022 had a bill for over R12000.. 2022/11/09 It was fixed which I was happy about but for reason it had an amount R3700 left but still it made no sense because I was paying R854 for 3 data sincards and they were 3 months behind and thats less than R3000 if my maths is correct.. And mind you those sim cards hasn't been working the whole time since 2022 todate 2024/04/05. My concern is now the bill is now R8000 what is all this for.
