BILL KEEPS GOING UP EVERY MONTH. (MTN)

MTN keeps raising the bill every month. I have a contract with them with 3 packages and I'm paying R547 a month, they decided to change 1 sim's package without my concern and I now owe them +/-R5000 and I refuse to pay for what I didn't order and they keep on suspending my phone until they get the money.
