Biiled incorrectly
I'm so tried of MTN I don't know how many times I keep telling the consultants that the package that I'm on I'm not supposed to be getting billed for calls. Once I have used my free minutes I have the option to top up. I need my account fixed ASAP or i'm logging a call with the Ombudsman.

The below sms was sent to all affected customers in October /November 2018 advising customers that the usage limit will change. Y’ello! Avoid bill shock & the hassle of recharging by setting the MTN usage limit on your account to an amount that suites your pocket. For your convenience we have set your usage limit to R***. To decline your new limit SMS ‘NO’ to 30246. T&Cs apply Due to non- response from a customer, we set the customer limit to the recommended amount of R***. Which is calculated on usage per number? Your limit has now been set to R0.00 for further information you can call 135. Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you. its should have said if you approve sms not to decline. I'm not going to pay the extra amount charged please raise a credit note for this.
