BIGUPS to xavier from N1 city mall MTN

Big up to xavier (not sure of the spelling) at n1 city mall in cape town.

After phoning the following stores: V&A Waterfront N1 city Canal walk Tygervalley Durbanville Cape gate branches Paarl (who answered straight away)

Each of these stores was phoned multiple times with each time going to voicemail.At one stage i thaught MTN was doing so well that they did not want u to upgrade your contract and i felt like caning the contract as it should defnitly not be this hard to try and find out if a particular store has a device in stock that u would like.then out of the blue a gentleman by the name of xavier from the MTN store n1 city mall decided to return my call and help me so much so that wen i got to the store evrything was ready and only the formalities left to do.sir you are a gem to MTN and i hope they see this.MTN needs more people like xavier from N1 city mall.thank you xavier
