Biggest ******** with no shame!!!

An increase of 19% on my contract account and no one can explain how it came about. the consultants are telling me there was a 5%. Why am I being overcharged???I've been to the store and they also do not understand. This is soooo frustrating, MTN is literally taking chances with my money. I will never recommend them to anyone...Such ********!!!!
