BIGGEST REGRET IN LIFE - MOVING FROM VODACOM TO MTN

I recently ported my cell phone number from Vodacom to MTN on the 4th February and with the promotion that they were running and which I signed up for I opted for the payment breather meaning I accepted the higher premium for the contract but I would only start paying for the phone in May 2017.

On the 25th February I was debited for the contract

MTN SP 1,296.81- 02/25

25/02/2017 - I immediately contacted Head Office and a query was logged REQ **********

-+ 02/03/2017 - I phoned to follow up and was told I actually had to go to the store that I signed up at

04/03/2017 - I went to the store in Randparkridge – but they were closed due to a burglary the night before

06/03/2017 - I went back to the store and was advised that I needed to send an e-mail with my contract attached

07/03/2017 - I sent a mail to Pule (the Sales assistant) who confirmed that he had logged a call as the package that I had signed was correct (i.e. I had signed for the payment breather)

13/03/2017

15/03/2017

20/03/2017 Follow up mails sent requesting feedback

22/03/2017

24/03/2017

27/03/2017 - Lo and behold I was debited again this month

MTN SP 1,138.98- 03/25

Again I sent a mail requesting feedback before 16:00 on the 27/03/2017 before I took this further

28/03/2017 - mail sent reqeusting feedback

29/03/2017 - mail sent requesting feedback again

As per the agreement all I want is for my account to be credited with R2 435.79 as a matter of urgency and they can then gladly start debiting my account from April 2017 as per the agreement that was signed and accepted by both parties.
