Biggest money ***** out there.

I mailed on the 1st of February to cancel my contract as I am told over and over again I can not do it in stores. When I call, I am on hold and never speak to anyone, it just rays on hold for hours. When I email I don't get a response besides that they have received my email. I have tried canceling with over 5 emails now the first one being sent on the 1st of February and still no assistance what's so ever. I am going to my bank tomorrow to report and block any debit orders as the contract is up and I don't wish to upgrade nor keep the contract. My ex husband is the one who has the device yet I'm paying for it. I agreed to pay until contract was completed as that was what was recommended by a MTN consultant (in store) now that the contract is up and I'm trying to cancel, I can't do it in stores nor get any response on my emails. It's a **** and I will be taking further action as this will now be considered theft of my money as they don't want to assist me to cancel the contract.
