27 Nov 2025, 13:17Tuesday night you as MTN felt the need to debit my bank account with a R843.75 I do not have an MTN contract nor did I give you any ****ing permission to debit from my account bank account!!!!
I want my money refunded within 24 hours otherwise I will be taking this so much further you are the worst company to have a contract with MTN are ******* always *****ing people's money and never refunding it!!!!!!
I took a contract out years ago and returned the phone because it was faulty your DSV cane to pick up the phone and returned and you had the nerve to not cancel my contract because you apparently didn't get the phone back but I promise you if I don't get money as soon as possible I will reach out to all social media platforms and make a case against MTN
I worked for MTN before so I know what type of ******* you are and bow customers must beg for their moelney that you *******ly debited from their accounts!!!!!!!!
