Big5 Games, MTN and Kelvin Meltzer

I was deemed to have been a recipient of an airtime voucher after having matched qualifying number of match predictions and I was informed by Kelvin Meltzer via email that I should send my cellphone number in order for the R180 airtime to be loaded into my number. It was predictions for 2019/2020 season MTN 8 tournament. Up to now I have never received the airtime and Kelvin Meltzer does respond to my queries and constantly apologize for the delay. It's now towards end of the year and into another soccer season still waiting.
