BIG NO TO MTN

MTN should get no stars. I recently wanted to upgrade a contract that was expiring, ordering online was not available. I visited 3 stores, the 4th told me that I only qualify for a sim. I never missed a payment. After this insident I decided to cancel what I can and then cancel as the contract expires. Cancelling the MTN Home internet ended up in a nightmare. Since 14 June 2024 I'm trying to cancel. I handed in the devices and sims and recieted a reference number. MTN still wants me to pay for service after I recieved the cancellation reference as the wharehouse only recieved stock on 13 July 2024. Please do not make use of MTN Home Internet as it is a mission to cancel and the connectivity is very poor.
