Big No No to MTN WIFI Contracts!!!!!

Had a WIFI contract with MTN which was “month to month”. Cancelled in August last year and they continued to bill me. They do not have systems in place to handle this type of service, no one can answer you or assist. Their paperwork and references are unreliable. They agreed in December that the made charges incorrectly and would refund me. I’m still chasing them for the refund. No one at MTN responds, including their complaints management team. So do yourself a favor and stay away from them, they are too big to care and too big to have proper controls and procedures in place. Just happy to make sales and take your money. They also will not advise of complaints procedures. They basically just don’t know what’s going on with their own business and no one can answer you on anything or actually do what they say they will do.
