BIG NAME MTN but NO service delivery! Wow

I have called MTN call centre for assistance but I have been taken back and forth. I think now I was ****med by MTN and I trust this network but now I won't recommend it to anyone. I spoke to the following people and others aswell - NTOMBIFUTHI MSIBI -AZWIHANGWISI SINGO -NTOKOZO MBENSE

now I am wondering why is it only ZULU speaking people on the MTN call centre well now it is also ********, maybe that is why I was not assisted
