BIG MISTAKE GOING ON CONTRACT FROM PREPAID !!!!! STAY AWAY

After years with MTN Prepaid, I recently signed up a contract with them. What a mess it has been since!!!! One can never get a hold of any service consultants. Online assistance is non-existing!!! Since I moved over to contract, my data is simply not coming on and I have now been offline since 24 January. I dread to think what a mess their billing is, if one cannot even with this issue get a hold of someone who can assist. This is why people hate these corporate with their monopolies - we have nothing better and are simply forced to accept this appalling service. SORT OUT MY DATA CONNECTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
