MTN I am so disappointed at your service I am complaining about 2 things , I have been applying on your website more than 7 attempts & till today no one contacted me, apparently I'm not the only one with this problem, my colleague who are also working from home are experiencing the same problem. I went to westgate branch to apply for Data Plan contact but my application was rejected with no valid reason, I went to Maponya branch I was told - the offers advertised on-line are not yet effective , so they could not help me. My ITC Profile is Good & I am 100% sure of that . please stop fooling around with your misleading data plans and rejecting applications for no reason.Please also note: your rewards are not working , I have redeemed my Yellow Bucks and was not assited at two different Spur, Protea Glen Mall & Maponya Mall.
