BIG Coverage problem in Breedevalley, Western Cape!!

I have been struggling with MTN so much to the point I want to change networks now. I have emailed and filled out online requests etc. I rep**** to emails, but nothing happens. Only empty promises! And to try and phone you guys are even more pathetic!!! My problem is the coverage in De Doorns, Western Cape. I can't make or receive phone calls. When you answer you can only hear each 5 word and the rest is so broken up. I am an essential worker in this lockdown time, but I'm unable to do my work correctly because I can't do phone calls. This problem is been going on for more than a month now. It's pathetic that I have to pay for a service, but you don't deliver any service at all. I'm done with filling out forms (done it 3 times) and nothing happening. Sort out this problem asap!!!

Hi, yes, after I placed this complaint, somebody phoned me, but the problem is NOT resolved!!
So he logged on to his computer and saw the tower is working? Is that all he did?
He also told me there is one tower fewer now and you are trying to find a new site to put up a tower in De Doorns. So only one tower is covering the whole of De Doorns?
My husband can't make phonecalls!!
So this problem is most definitely NOT solved!!
Please sort out this problem. We pay for a service that we are not receiving. And this was never the problem in that area, but the last few months is beyond horrible!

My husband says that the same guy that phoned me actually phoned him after speaking to me. First call was dropped. Then my husband walked out of his office to the road (in town) and the guy phoned again and couldn't even hear my husband due to line breaking up the whole time. So how can it be resolved if he clearly heard there was a problem?

It would be greatly appreciated if you could solve this big problem please.

Kind Regards
Angeliquè
