You have learned nothing from the fine you had to pay in Nigeria for mistreating customers and do exactly the same in SA. You need to go and read the Customer Protection Act. You can try use your legal muscle to stand on and squash little people but you will find some of us dont squash so easy. I have heard so many disgraceful stories of how MTN treat people. You will never get my business again. And I'll see you in court before I pay you 1c more!
