Big Business Taking Advantage of the consumer
During the month of April, MTN sent me an sms stating the my monthly subscription would increase from 1 May due to “inflationary pressures”.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I am locked I to a 2-Year contact and can’t make any pricing changes; the price I sign up for at the beginning of the 2-years is what I am forced to pay for the whole 2 years!!
-But now why is MTN suddenly allowed to change the pricing???!!!!
They are now bullying you into changes, so that it benefits them!!!

We are dedicated to offering our customer’s best quality network and service, but to continue to deliver on this, a review of subscription pricing had to be done.

“From time to time” basically means that you can change the charges to whatever you want, whenever you want.
