Absolutely *********** and *****ulent. I have been trying to cancel a data contract for months. First, all calls to cancellations conveniently get dropped. Eventually I got a reference number, but no-one there knows what is going on, and whenever I query it I go back to the beginning, having to re-send ALL the information and still they keep debiting my account and doing nothing. To add, they then call me to sell me more data and tell me that a few days ago I agreed to an enhanced package! A complete lie. No one responds to emails.
