Beyond ****py service

No attempt to deduct the monthly debit from my account yet they are quick to suspend my services. When phoning the 135 help number i follow the prompts and am being told the line is busy after every attempt i make. They then place me back to the main menu where i have to redo all the prompts. 30 mins to get in touch with mtn??? Thats ridiculous . I clearly made a mistake switching to you since you have no regard for your clients at all
