Beyond pathetic service from MTN

2 weeks ago I purchased an uncapped wifi router special from MTN, to date I was unable to use this because someone put my work details as the primary place of use. I explained time and time again when taking out the contract that this was going to be for personal use and that my home address should be my primary address. whenever I call the activations department I get out though to ****, tom and harry and NOT ONE person is able to assist - as soon as i ask to be put through to the cancellations department, my call gets cut !!! I am an existing customer of VODACOM and CELL C and I have never had such pathetic service like I have with MTN !!! Their agents are useless and can never return a call can someone contact me to cancel this account, I have since stopped the debt order from going off my account - pretty sure my phone will be ringing off the hook when they realize they wont be paid a cent!!!!
