Beyond Pathetic Service

MTN is so pathetic. Their systems are always office, their staff are useless, they need to go on proper training or replaced as they dont even to attempt to help. My daughter went to Phoenix Plaza the week of the 29th March, on all days there was a problem being told they were offline, they needed my ID, the card machine was not working or they can't take cash over R200 because they are based in the plaza because of ******ies. If that's the case what about all the cellphone devices and accessories they keep, what's the risk with the goods if the store is ******. A lady named Navisha who was rude as they come, she spoke to m daughter as if she was nobody, if it was not us customers giving you business there won't be an MTN nor the staff having a job. I can't wait for my contract to expire so I can close my accounts with MTN.
