Beyond frustrated with pathetic service

<p>beyond frutrated with your pathetic service. Been trying to link a number on data share for over a week now and it keeps telling me 'invalid selection '. I've spoken to a dozen consultants and a manager but no one can help me. The only feedback I got was that the number I'm trying to link is alrrady linked with another BUT according to the prepaid department this is not true. I've had my contract with you for almost 20 years and am disgusted in your service after so many years of loyalty. </p>
