BEYOND disappointed !

I have been trying for over a year to upgrade but due to some error on getting a letter from some ***** prevention place they have been unable to do so. I then spoke to someone at Tygvervalley MTN (next to game) and they said to get an affadavit and do fingerprints etc they will then escalate it to the relevant dept. I have since just been told once no feedback as yet, I went in on Saturday morning, its now Tuesday almost evening and I am still nowhere regarding feedback or a resolve. The one message i received as above indicated its been escalated to the end team but here I am, doing a hellopeter like its the 2000's *dont understand how things this simple can still take this long in todays times.
