Beyond Bad service .

It is now A full 3 weeks since, I have asked MTN Circus for a quote, to move my business account them. Believe it or not, I am still waiting. They are not allowed to give out senior managers email or phone numbers. Could it be, that the chief clowns knows that the small clowns are giving bad service? Hence all you have is red tape, and they are not willing to act on them? I have on numerus times phoned them, they just don't care or give a dam how they treat you. All you hear is i will come back to you. They went to the extent of giving me the wrong quotation, just to get me off their backs. This is the worst service i have ever endured, the manager does not even comeback to you.
