Beware the **** that is MTN South Africa
Dear mtn, Yesterday I recharged with R50 and used it to pay my debt and then I checked how much i can borrow again and saw that I can borrow R51, and I asked to be borrowed the same and I received the same in my wallet but when I check my debt now it says I borrowed R60 and its R67 wth the interest where did it go then because I received R51, why are you robbing me like this.

25 Jan 2022, 08:28I called mtn this morning at around 07:50 and explained my issue to the lady who called herself Sane she told me that she was going to look into it and I must hold and she made me hold for 28:29, I believe her intention was for me to end up dropping the call, I know MTN South Africa doesn't care, but I feel that I'm being taken advantage of because I have to pay for something that I did not receive.
