Beware of offers from MTN on new rates!

I got a phone call from MTN about the new rates. She told me that t contract they offer me now, will b R91 PER MONTH MORE .... BUT it will be more data and more minutes.... I told her but I DO NOT WANT MORE DATA & more minutes.... it should be cheaper! for aproximately the same data and minutes. THEN she was running with me through the contract details ...I agree that I might go with this offer BUT THEN AFTERWARDS I THOUGHT BY MYSELF. I was UNABLE TO FOLLOW the details and told her that she is bullying me into a new contract. I want to look at the details on a piece of paper!... she said she will send me a copy but AFTER I GAVE HER THE NOD FOR A NEW UPDATED CONTRACT! .....IS THIS THE NEW WAY OF ENGAGING INTO CONTRACTS IN ZA??? Because I was busy in a meeting and she said another 2 minutes of my time was needed, i told her to phone me again later... I STILL HVE TOOO MANY QUESTIONS! • MTN I NEED CHEAPER DATA AND AIRTIME! • I DO NOT WANT TO PAY MORE PER MONTH! • HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SIGN UP FOR A NEW CONTRACT OUT OF THE BLUE WITHOUT LOOKING OF WHAT THE OTHER OPTIONS ARE? • I AM A PENSIONER, loyal client of you, and after all these years.....THIS is how I am treated!
