Beware of new MTN TAX..

<p>It has been hugely speculated yet ignored that mtn is the worst service provider by far, and even knowing i still always fall for their same tricks to an extent that it has become a need.I have lost count of how many times my airtime was "misplaced" but will be replaced , that being the promises of their 'effective and efficient call center agents if one does not cut a call on your ear, ofcourse im talking about the likes of :</p> <p>Thobeka Maya</p> <p>Nompumelelo Duma</p> <p>Sakhile( if true name)</p> <p> </p> <p>Who will promise to assist,then gets you to explain your story, makes you hold for 15 minutes, then cuts the call, then you call again ,go through the same process until you just about to lose your nerve.Good profit strategy.</p> <p>Please mtn refund my money.</p>
