Beware of MTN this is a total *******

I have been treated unfairly by MTN and all my resorts to resolve the issue has failed to date.

I app**** for a new contact with MTN online. The deal clearly stated Galaxy S23 plus R670 + 500MB 100min R149 +free extra Galaxy watch 5 (i have a screen shot to prove this). When the sales agent called me, he confirmed the above also. I agreed and accepted the contract. The phone was delivered and my finger prints , ID copy and proof of residence was taken for RICA purposes. This was about 4 weeks 4th July. Above was not done and phone was not RICA’d I have been to the MTN store 4-5 times , tried online then the App and then spoke to MTN RICA department twice and every time the feedback is it will be done in 2 days’ time, to date my phone is still RICA barred and I cannot use the device,

Further to that I did not receive my watch. I have multiple calls to the Mondo department who has been extremely pathetic, after many hours of calls that I made, an investigation was opened ***, and I was told that I would get feedback in 2-5 working days, of which I did not get any feedback, once again I had to call, I was advised that the investigation came back in my favour and that I would get my watch. Once again nothing happened. After few more calls and speaking to different people I spoke to Trevek at Mono *** who said he would get his manager to call me at 11:30 on the 21st July… the manager did not call me.

I have to date spent several hours on this query, taken off from work to go to the MTN store, I have been to the MTN store 4 times and my query has not been resolved.

How can I get the below email from MTN reminding me about my debit order for something that I did not enjoy this is not TCF compliant. I will not be prejudiced by the dishonourable attitude of MTN. I want this fixed ASAP and to be reimbursed for the tensity caused.

This morning a lady from MTN called and once again said that the investigation came back in my favour but sorry that promotion is no longer available . what is the resolve?
