Beware of MTN *****ING MONEY FROM THE POOR

How is it possible that MTN adds a 10GB recurring bundle on a customers account without the customers consent, to make matters worse the 10GB appears on only one invoice but not the latter invoices if its a recurring bundle should it not appear on every invoice?..They even put my account in collection but they dont have answers on why the 10GB was added to my account
