Beware of MTN "hidden" costs
I recently took out a "upgrade" on my contract. (A ********** )I was quoted roughly R499...... a few months down the line and im now paying R749!! And when i look through my statements...im being charge "R270" promo fee? This was not part of the offer i agreed to? What is this R270 promo fee for??? I also signed up for 3G + 3G ....but see im being charged for R149 1G fee? What is going on? When you go to the store (Middelburg MAll) yoou get told "i dont know, call 808" When you call 808 you hold forever and when soemone finally answers, they cant explain it either??
