Beware Of MTN - Hidden Agendas

Just when MTN promises you blue sky's and sunshine it rains down in a thunderstorm of note. Beware of empty promises, after months and months and months of trying to sort out my account and even going to ICASA to lodge a formal complaint I was told it was sorted out. I even received an amended invoice and paid the monies over. Eventually after 3 days my suspension was lifted and Mr Willem Loots ascertained me the issue has been resolved. What a bummer when I received a SMS stating my account will be suspended again if I don't pay the R5519.90. What R5519.90 where does this come from now. I even logged into myMTN account and o boy another surprise. There it even shows I owe them R8800 or close to that amount. ***!!!!!!! what is this money for my account is fixed at a rate of R1700 usually where are these insane numbers coming from. MTN cant provide proof of these balances but demand I pay them. I followed the root of reporting them to ICASA, ICASA has now advised me to go to the NCC, So I will now go to the NCC with my case. So people beware.
