Not sure what they up to but this relates to ***** if you ask me

I requested a settlement letter from mbd attorney as mtn handed my account to mbd

Received an settlement letter I paid the account in full received my paid up letter sent it to the legal department the acknowledgment response I received informing that my line *** will be reactivated

This payment have been done on 11 September I went into mtn store as my line is still not open

Been informed no your account is outstanding and with the legal department consultant at mtn store calls the call centre to be informed no I will receive a call from mtn on my *** number advising the progress on activating my line

Up to this day no call received no notification with regards to my line account is paid and paid up letter mtn has so do I

Yet my line is off and it's showing I still owe mtn beware as I only been notified when I went in store the real reason behind my line not being opened

I will not pay mtn any more money as I paid and received an paid up letter I will indeed not leave this as is as I paid and want my line to be opened
