Beware: MTN uses franchise companies to do Upgrades

Cell *** My ongoing problem with my Upgrade is now a month long. And no one has assisted me. MTN uses franchise companies like the Reward Co who are *********** and nothing is done about it. I was given an email address for the person who did my Upgrade - *** - was returned. I phoned the Rewards Co and was assured an escalation and a response, none of which I have received. MTN themselves said they would query the situation, but no one has got back to me. How bad is this service? I have a copy of my Upgrade contract done on 21/10/2020 but it is yet to be processed. MTN this is how you lose Customers.
