Beware Mtn does not honor contract cancellations will keep debiting your account

MTN makes it impossible to cancel and keep debiting your account. I canceled my contract in November 2023 it is now March 2024 and they debited my account today. I have gone into a store, I have emailed, I have called numerous times over the last 3 months in February I was told they see I canceled but there is a technical error so my account cannot be closed. Sounds like a **** and is extremely *********.
