Beware!!! MTN allows freud. No security checks done properly

MTN allowed ***** to happen on my account. Secuity checks not done properly. A telesales contract was *****ulently taken out on my name of more than R5000 per month on Friday 17 May 2024 at 09h45. I received the contract on Saturday 18 May and immediately notisie MTN 's ***** dept. They advised me that they send a cancellation e mail and that I should phone the telesales dept on Monday 20 May 2024 which I did. I was told that they would investigate. To date I have had no communication from MTN and courier company keep on phoning to deliver the phone. What happens if this debit order goes off my account. I have been with MTN for 26 years. I cannot believe the incompetance
