BEWARE MTN
A R99.00/month 2GB Data Card. What a surprise when MTN just over R3800-00 off bank account because they failed to cap data. Been trying to get answers since 8 October without success. Contract states clearly and signed for is 2GB monthly. Customer service at 808 clueless and sends one from pillar to post with no feedback. Needless to say Richard, the shop manager at Shop 79 East Rand Mall also remains silent. No response from MTN... Disgraceful does not start to explain my anger especially since I have been with MTN for many years?
