I have never been that traumatised when I was ****** and lost my belogings ,Amongst them was my phone ,the following day with the help of Siyavuya Makubalo (MTN consultant) Yoh blocking and claiming was so easy pleasent .THE WARMTH I GOT .wow The way she made me feel .I felt special /important and she really made feel at home ,she was a sister ,a friend who understood what I went throught yesterday .

I was going away on vacation a day after the incident but she made sure that bycompleting a claim for and following her instruction by time I come back from my vacation all will be sorted. I am back and all is well.
