Best service from Amanda

I want to complment (not a strong enough word) AMANDA from the Galleria branch of Mtn for her EXCEPTIONAL service. My daughter emigrated in 2013 and cancelled her 3 contracts. Over a year later 2 were cancelled (after a year of debits off her bank account), but a third was still going!!!! I went to the local branch to cancel for her. Sat there for over an hour and a half while someone (quite uninterested) sat on the phone to Mtn. Eventually said the cannot do anything for us. I walked out, then came back after my daughter phoned from Germany and THANKFULLY Amanda attended to me. She emailed my daughter, asked for a letter giving me permission to cancel on her behalf, sent her a cancellation form. Within 20 minutes, she had done the whole thing, and emailed Mtn. Today, Amanda phoned me telling me that the cancellation had gone through (which most consulatants would not have bothered doing). She deserves to be Branch Manager, thank you Amanda, you are brilliant!!
