<p>After dealing with mtn for so many years and having had many issues it was such a pleasure to be assisted a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful consultant. </p> <p>Philani Gumede has been very helpful and has been assisting and following up long after we left the store.</p> <p>An upgrade was done and a sim swap was required. But the sim swap didn't go through and when minutes were loaded it wasn't the correct plan. </p> <p>But Philani did follow ups and escalations to get things fixed. He really did go the extra mile at a time when good customer services is rare. </p>
