<p>I got assisted by a lady named Michelle Setime at my insurance who was so patient and helpful when I made a claim for a repair and found that my phone was beyond repair, Michelle assisted me and a lesser amount than the value of my phone was given to me. I enquired with her and she personally followed up with the people who finalise claims and since the phone I wanted was no longer on the man catalogue I got a better phone. </p>
