Best service ever

A week back it was finally time to upgrade on my Mtn contract again. But knowing Mtn always *****s up something with my upgrades I was hesitant.

I live in Centurion and have yet to find a Mtn store there who is so helpful and amazing as the branch in Sandton City. I phoned around all the branches in Johannesburg to find who had available stock in the phone that I wanted to upgrade to, none of them had and none of them could or wanted to answer when they would receive new stock until my last resort was to call the one in Sandton City.

I wanted to do the upgrade this side seeing as I work here and can quickly go and do it in my lunch time. So I called them and I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady called "Nivea" she was so helpful and actually wanted to help me I was surprised by her willingness to assist me (seeing that most Mtn stores do not know what the word customer service means).

She **** an effort of phoning around and finding out where she could find me my phone that I so desperately wanted, and she actually did. Within two days she had it delivered to their store and kept me up to date on everything the whole time.

Got there that day to upgrade and she assisted me even though she was flooded in paperwork that she had to get done, after a while, she handed everything over to Shephard who is also just an amazing soul. He explained everything to me that I needed to know, and double checked that all the settings and limits on my contract stay the same, seeing that it is always changed when I upgrade even though I did not ask for it to be changed.

So should I ever have to upgrade again or need to go into a Mtn store for any reason, I would drive all the way from Centurion to Sandton City just to have such amazing service again.
