I would like to compliment Teddy at the Gateway Mall Durban branch, through his professionalism he was able to turn a bad MTN service to one of the best service i have ever received by just being simple, understanding and kept me in the loop until my issue was resolved. I was ready to go to a competitor and start afresh, but Teddy made sure i don't do that. I will definitely recommend MTN to friend and family because of him. Please give him the recognition he deserves.
