BEST MTN SERVICE FROM MERSH ***

Today I received the most astounding efficient service from Himershen (Merch for short) Genga from Cell Logic at Cascades, Pmb. I shared my connectivity woes and the dreadful thought of having to upgrade my contract with my twin sister, and she recommended Mersh.

I sent him a WA to which he responded promptly and after sharing some information, called me to offer his assistants. I don't think the entire process took much more than an hour for him to determine my needs and make a suitable suggestion. He mailed me the paperwork, which I signed electronically, returned and he processed at lightning speed.

All my previous encounters with cell companies (especially Vodacom before I switched to Mtn some years back) has been excruciating, but with Mersh, it was a walk in the park. Please support him, he's a star !
