Best ever experience!!

I've been an user of MTN since 2003, 17 years.

I've phoned in to ask about my possible upgrade, as I am due for an upgrade.

In 17 year have I never had this type of experience. Out of 5, it must at least a 10. The agent was very informative, answered all my questions with no doubt or uncer*****y, very, very friendly. He also went the extra mile, which I did not expect.

This was the best ever experience from all the companies I dealt with in years or ever in my life time. He is an example how a company should respond to their clients.

Well done and thank you very much! He must definitely earn a service excellence reward. This was an Great experience!

I am not a person who like to complain or even sometimes give complements. Credit must be given, when credit is due. This was an awesome experience.
