I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Nomusa Cossa who assisted me yesterday at around 17:15.She understood my frustration to took time to listen to my query and managed to solve it after 7 other useless consultants had failed to assist besides putting me on countless hold. Nomusa is so far the best MTN consultant I have spoken at MTN for the past 4 years I have been the client at MTN. She showed professionalism, patience and trustworthiness as she promised to call me back of which she did within 30 mins telling me that my query had been solved.
