Best Customer service received to date !

Having struggled to get another upgrade at the Glen Store (dont know why i am still with MTN even after previous issues LOL),I was helped by a gentleman to complete the process over the phone in two days ! Terry Morake went far and beyond to explain the process and collect all relevant documents .I am very impressed with the service that I received as within the end of the week i had received my device.Thank you so much to Terry for being a gem ,MTN please look after this gentleman as he makes you look good!
