I upgraded to an iPhone 6 from MTN in October last year. I had noticed that the screen became intermittently unresponsive and the phone was slightly bent. Researched show this to be a common problem with these phones, so I took it to MTN for a warranty assessment. The warranty was rejected because the phone was bent, this was the reason the phone was in there in the first place. Upon getting the phone back the touch screen no longer worked which is wierd since I used the phone up until it was sent in for the warranty assessment. The phone is not repairable as there appears to now be an issue with other things with in the hardware of the phone, documentation can be provided. I made the HVRC aware of this issue and which point I was told and I quote \it could be that when the technician assessed the device other problems occurred but unfortunately MTN cannot be liable for that". I expect the phone to come back to me in the same condition it went in. I am want to give the Hellopeter team a chance to respond before I submit my paperwork to the consumer protector."""
